Hello! Thank you so so much for your interest! I have here my TOS which I ask that you read before commissioning me.

Before you commission, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • Character References (Model sheets would be a big help!)

  • Description of the artwork (Poses, expressions, etc.)

  • And please be sure my style aligns with what you want!

Payment Method

Terms of Service - Delivery

  • 50% Upfront payment.

  • Once I am about 80% finished, I will ask you to pay the remaining half before I continue.

  • During the Rough stage, you are allowed 3 major revisions.

  • Once roughs are approved, I will proceed with cleanup.

  • NO REVISIONS during the lineart/shading stage

  • MINOR REVISIONS during the coloring/compositing stage

  • I will update you on the progress of the commission via twitter/discord DMs, but you may message me directly if you want an update any time.

Terms of Service - General

  • I reserve the right to reject a commission, for any reason

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • Payment is non-refundable.

  • If for some reason I will be unable to finish a commission, a partial refund will be offered depending on how much progress has been made.

  • Please credit me when posting commissions.

  • If the work is to be used for profit, you have to tell in advance. (Commercial use fee applies in this case)

  • Commercial use fee is +100% of the base price.

Stages of Delivery (Animation)

Thumbnailing
Very quick sketches of pose and shot variations which you will choose from.

Rough
Animation will begin. No major revisions beyond this point.
↓
Lineart
↓
Shading (Genga)
↓
Coloring
Minor revisions only.
↓
Backgrounds (If requested)
↓
Compositing
Minor revisions only.
↓
Finished Work

Timeline of Delivery

  • Illustrations can take 1-4 weeks

  • Animations can take 4-6 weeks

Please note that since I am still in college and taking on other work, delivery might take longer than expected.
